Tech lead front-end

We are looking for a tech lead with senior software engineer background to join our Frontend team.

We offer you an exciting opportunity to grow personally and professionally in setting new standard for KYC in the Nordics. Your primary responsibility is to take ownership of our front-end products, thus having a significant responsibility in shaping our products.

This role will report to the Head of Technology and work closely with other areas within Invidem’s organization. Our head office is in Stockholm and the position is full-time.

Main responsibilities

  • Own the tech stack, including technical design and solution architecture for our front-end products./li>
  • Create standards and tools that enable faster delivery of software features with governance enforcement of coding and test standards.
  • Provide technical leadership for CI/CD processes design implementation and process orchestration.
  • Work closely with our product team to develop, mature, and maintain Invidem’s front ends and the supporting backend.
  • Ensuring application performance, uptime and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.
  • Be the technical go to person for your area of expertise.
  • Work with other tech leads and our product owners to develop, analyse, split, and realise the implementation of enabler work.
  • Be responsible for coaching the team to make sound technical decisions.
  • Be aware of upcoming trends in technology and their potential business benefit.

Required qualifications and experience for the role

  • Minimum 5 years of documented experience from working with .Net
  • Extensive experience and knowledge within Azure cloud service architectures
  • Extensive experience with modern web development (preferably JavaScript and React and/or Angular) and continuous integration/delivery
  • Passion for building great products that people love with a good sense of basic UX principles, experimenting and using A/B testing
  • Passion for writing clean and testable code. We believe that you pay great attention to details and are aware of that both the user experience and the code behind it needs to be at the right level to achieve a great product
  • Possess drive, curiosity, a willingness to learn, a wish for knowledge sharing and jumping at the opportunity to dive into new technology and territory

We believe that you are a team player with excellent communication skills, and strong capabilities when it comes to building genuine relationships.
