Senior Tech lead Backend

We offer you an exciting opportunity to grow personally and professionally in setting new standard for KYC in the Nordics. Your primary responsibility is to continue our exciting journey in building a microservices based, robust integration fabric built on serverless technology with a state-of-the-art DevSecOps approach.

This role will report to the Head of Technology and will work closely with other areas within Invidem’s organization. Our head office is in Stockholm and the position is full-time.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and mature the KYC integration architecture roadmap, including principles, content, and consistency.
  • Work with other tech leads and our product owners to develop, analyse, split, and realise the implementation of enabler work.
  • Work closely with our product teams to develop, mature, and maintain Invidem’s integration and backend architecture.
  • Lead solution conceptualisation efforts: e.g., proof of concepts of solution capabilities.
  • Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution as well as exploration of solution alternatives​.

Required qualifications and experience for the role

    • Minimum 3 years of working as a tech lead or a senior backend developer.
    • Extensive experience within development, preferably .NET Core/C#
    • Implemented systems within different integration contexts.
    • You have hands on experience in implementing architecture, in Azure or other cloud-based solutions, including cloud messaging technologies (e.g., Azure Service Bus). As well as knowledge about running serverless.
    • Experience with RESTful API and implementation. Preference on having implemented RESTful APIs with complex data models.
    • Good understanding of and preferably experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), defensive coding and defence in depth.
    • Conceptual understanding of automation and Infrastructure as code.
    • CI/CD experience by using for example Azure DevOps. Good understanding about agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
    • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking, Swedish is meritorious.

    Nice to have

    • Experience in DevSecOps.
    • Experience with modern, serverless integration architectures including microservices architectures and event driven architectures.
