KYC Solutions is responsible for the technical solutions used in our service to the clients and the end customers. Technology is key for us, to be able to provide a cost effective and compliant solution, and is therefore highly prioritized. We are using modern technology and ways of working and we work with DevSecOps and use a Hybrid Cloud Architecture.
Do you have extensive knowledge about Microsoft365 including SharePoint, Office, Teams, Power Automate etc.?
We offer you an exciting opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Being a company in the startup phase, you will support in many different areas within internal IT. We have an external vendor managing our operations and support desk and you will therefore be our primarily link to them.
You will, initially, perform end-user support to our employees and in parallel improve our onboarding process from an internal IT perspective. You will also contribute in the improvement work with our intranet, in order to facilitate better communication and cooperation between colleagues.
Going forward, the role will evolve, and you will focus more on tactical and strategic activities as well as being part in the implementation of new supporting systems such as HRIS, CRM etc.
This role will report to the Head of KYC Solution and will work closely with other areas within Invidem’s organization.
The work will be performed from the company’s head office in Stockholm and the position is full-time.
