KYC Solution is responsible for the technical solutions used in our service to the clients and the end customers. Technology is key to provide a cost effective and compliant solution and is therefore highly prioritized. We are using the latest technologies and ways of working where we are organized in cross functional teams, using a hybrid cloud architecture.
We are now looking at hiring a Lead Developer to join our team.
The role
As a Lead Developer at Invidem you will be part of a cross-functional development team delivering both value and growth when building functionality and maintaining the solution for one user experience backlog.
You contribute to the implementation of the backlog, minimizing the technical debt, you have an important voice in technical choices, coaching within your tech area, and a willingness to improve the ways of working within the team to adapt to the tech plan and following the Agile and DevSecOps principles.
The Lead Developer will work closest with the team colleagues, and collaborating with the Solution architect, Design team, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, to specify and plan the solution maturity and progress.
The Lead Developer will be part of a development team, contribute to the development of our solution and supporting Solution Architect with technical design and architecture for the tech area.
The work will be performed from Invidem’s head office in Stockholm, the position is full-time and reports to the Head of Engineering.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to all steps of development; analyse, design, develop, mature, test, automate and maintain the solution delivered by the cross-functional team
- Support the Solution architect within your area of expertise, with technical design, PoC and high-level design of the solution as well as exploration of solution alternatives
- Proactively reduce the technical debt
- Proactively identify any risks and cross team dependencies
- High level triaging of bugs
- Coach developers in your team to make sound technical decisions
- Be a technical go to person for the team
- Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design in the solution we deliver
- Follow and adapt the DevSecOps guidelines and contribute to the tech plan
- Collaborate with team members and give input and improve the ways of working
- Support the creation of Features and Product Backlog Items (PBI) in the backlog
- Be part of planning and Scrum ceremonies
- Support Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Solution Architect, in planning and maturing the backlog

Required skills/experiences
- Passion for writing clean and testable code. We believe that you pay great attention to details and aware that both the user experience and the code behind it needs to be at the right level to achieve a great product
- Possess drive, curiosity, a wish for knowledge sharing and jumping at the opportunity to dive into new technology
- Experience of working in an agile development environment
- Senior experience within development, preferably .NET Core/C# and/or from modern web development working with Angular or similar
- Implemented systems within different integration contexts
- Experience and knowledge within Azure cloud service architectures and/or AWS
- Conceptual understanding of automation and Infrastructure as code
- CI/CD experience by using for example Azure DevOps.
