Client Success Partner

We are looking for a committed and engaged sales- and customer-oriented Client Success Partner to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients.

The Client Management team is responsible for clients, onboarding activities and relationship management serving both Invidem’s clients, such as financial institutions, and corporate customers.

We are now looking at hiring a Client Success Partner to join our team.

The role

We are looking for a committed and engaged sales- and customer-oriented Client Success Partner to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. Solid experience of client management and customer service is crucial, as well as knowledge about financial crime prevention. You are an excellent communicator with ability to identify customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. We hope you have a background in customer service and sales, with profound knowledge about the banking industry.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Your goal is to help us retain existing clients and ensure establishing and onboarding new.

The company is in an early stage of its life cycle, which provides great opportunities to influence both the direction for this role as well as the direction and build-up of Invidem and the service. The work will be performed from Invidem’s head office in Stockholm, the position is full-time and reports to CCO.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify and contact new customers to Invidem
  • Staying close to relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, securing an efficient value chain co-operation
  • Be responsible for onboarding and follow up of new clients
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Act as point of contact for feedback and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Contribute to presentation materials

Required skills/experiences

  • Proven experience of client relationship management with a track record in sales within a financial institute
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • An understanding of Due Diligence, KYC data analytics and/or experience working in financial services and/or corporates with KYC related topics
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equalling working experience
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian) and excellent written and spoken English
