After thorough efforts where we have been evaluating multiple vendors, seen an IT architecture evolve and learnt a lot through proof-of-concept iterations we now approach signing of key vendors for implementation.
We should have in mind that we plan for a relatively high level of innovation, both a new business model – and a sophisticated IT set up, though combining proven components. We are doing something that does not exist, for the first time. We are also doing something the customers have claimed that banks have not successfully managed on their own but hope to resolve through joining forces in our focussed venture.
